What You'll Be Doing Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile raw and finished materials Load customer and company trucks efficiently while following all safety and quality standards Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly Maintain clean, organized work areas and material stockpiles Work collaboratively with plant team members to meet production and shipping needs What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial environment Strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and compliance with procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operations Dependable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $43.75 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
