What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs Load, transport, and discharge concrete in compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries Complete delivery tickets, inspections, and required documentation accurately What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and established procedures Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Reliable, team-oriented work style with a customer-focused mindset Ability to perform the physical demands of the role in an active work setting Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
