What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers Wash down truck and manage concrete loads to meet quality and safety standards Represent the company professionally while prioritizing safety on every job site What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly Strong understanding of job site safety practices and situational awareness Ability to follow instructions, routes, and schedules with attention to detail Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
