What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Ensure accurate loading, delivery, and unloading of concrete per job specifications Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Maintain a clean truck and support a strong safety culture on every job What Are We Looking For Valid CDL License. Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Ability to follow instructions, job tickets, and site requirements Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Capability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overtime as needed Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
