We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! We are truly   Everywhereyoulook What you’ll do : Reads worksheets and wiring diagrams, selects components, such as integrated circuits, contacts, wires, and connectors. Mold cables assemblies, monitoring temperature, pressure and visual indicators. Remove flash from molded cable assemblies using hand tools. Uses hand and small power tools to place small components in boards, cables, connectors, etc. Inspect parts and performs basic tests. May perform other assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, and color-coding parts and assemblies. May perform work (soldering and general inspection) under microscope. Ensures that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. Records information on production records, logs and other report forms. Provides basic training and instruction to lower-level assemblers on day-to-day assignments. What you need: High school education or equivalent 0-2 years related experience Soldering experience preferred Ability to handle/use small tools and components (tweezers, pliers, cutters, soldering iron, ovens, crimpers, screwdrivers, wire cutters, wrenches, vises and continuity testers, oscilloscopes and electrical test equipment) Working under a microscope Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Excellent math skills (algebra) Read and understand blueprints Ability to learn and perform mechanical, electrical and swage testing Must be able to follow specific procedures and detailed instructions completely. Ability to lift up 50 lbs. Salary Range: $34,300.00-$45,700.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
