The Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in delivering day-to-day benefits administration. This role manages teammate requests and documentation, ensures accurate processing in Workday, and supports compliance with state and company requirements. HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS: Provide day-to-day customer service by responding to teammate benefit and leave of absence inquiries via the Workday Help Ticketing system, email, and phone Manage Workday To-Do box to approve or deny teammate New Hire Events, Qualifying Life Event, Job Status Change Event, Bereavement PTO, and Jury Duty PTO Maintain accurate recordkeeping within Workday and Benefits drive for teammate documentation Process Medical Support Orders, including enrolling dependents into health coverage as required Process state-required Workers' Compensation and State Disability forms as needed Communicate with GM/DM regarding teammates’ current leave status and expected return-to-work date Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed UNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU’LL NEED: High School Diploma required Minimum 2 years of recent Employee Benefits experience (Workday experience is a plus) Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, able to work autonomously, and adaptable to shifting priorities Eager to learn, professional, and reliable Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and data entry Equal Employment Opportunity We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
