The starting pay range for this position per hour is $24.25 - $26.25. The full pay range for this position per hour is $24.25 - $41.25 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment,   and promotional signing processes for all   General Merchandise ( GM )   areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick,   pack   and ship fulfillment work.    The   Inbound   team   are experts at unloading   trailer deliveries and preparing the merchandise to be stocked on the sales floor.    At Target ,   we believe in our   leaders   having meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. The role of an Inbound Operations Team Leader can provide you with the   skills and experience of :     G uest service fundamentals and experience building a guest - first culture on your te am   R etail business fundamentals ,   including   department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns,   pricing   and promotions strategies    P lanning   department (s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals    L ead ing   a team of   hourly   team members, including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching,   evaluating   and   retaining   talent.   As an Inbound Operations   T eam   Lead er , no two days   are ever the same, but a typical day w ill   most likely   include   the following responsibilities:   Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.   Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently   delivers on   Target’s guest experience commitments   and consistent operations.   Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.   Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to   identify   opportunities ,   takes action to improve , and   aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.   Understanding sales goals   and   plans ,   and   executing daily/weekly workload to   deliver   department and store sales goals and guest engagement.   Leading and sh aring   expertise   in   operations,   freshness,   accuracy   and efficiency .   With guidance from your direct leader,   establish   clear goals and expectations and hold team members   accountable   to expectations.   With   the   guidance   of your d irect   leader ,   u tilize   your   workload planning tools   to complete all scheduled workload ensuring area s are   guest ready at store open .   Assign daily tasks to TMs based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your   direct   leader .   Assess all GM   backroom, sales floor   areas   and review   reporting to   identify   gaps and develop a plan to resolve   any issues   identified .   Enable a consistent experience for our guests by   ensuring   product   is   available for purchase .   Assist   your   direct leader   in   l ead ing   and   following up   on organizational and operational   change .   With   guidance and   assistance   fro m your direct leader ,   build a team of GM   E xperts from   initial   selection   through   onboarding and learning.   Develop   team members through ongoing training and direction by giving direction and providing feedback whe n   validating   work completion.   Demonstrate   inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating   equitable   experiences.   D emonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,   safety   and compliance ;   l ead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable   to   this commitment .   Lead and   demonstrate   a safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors,   identifying   and correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations,   assisting   with incident response, and reporting/investigating injuries   timely   and accurately.   Model the execution of physical security processes   in order to   enhance the instore security culture.   Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store ,   including ordering, storage and appli cation as directed by best practices .   If applicable, as a   k ey   c arrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes .   Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (
