We encourage and support each provider to pursue their clinical and educational interests.   How  you’ll  transform patient care:     You’ll  develop longitudinal relationships with your patients.   You’ll  meet your patient’s needs with same-day or routinely scheduled appointments.    You’ll  be a valuable member of the care team alongside physician and advanced practitioner colleagues   You’ll  be proactive in your care approach with preventative medicine.   You’ll  grow as a clinician as you learn from new colleagues.    You’ll  provide service and people-focused support to meet the needs of our community of patients.    You’ll  join and contribute to a work environment that is in-tune with the desires of a modern workforce.    You’ll  embrace one of our most fundamental values of active engagement within our communities, bringing the strength of community care to the area.   You’ll  join an organization built on collaborative practices and community.  Who you are:    Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.    At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or similar clinical setting is preferred   Experience managing a patient panel   is   preferred   Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.    Current certification in CPR is  required .    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.   A patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.   You have a passion for primary care.   You are a team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of disciplines to deliver outstanding patient satisfaction   Work, Live, and Grow : As an employee of   Pulmonary and Primary Care Associates of Plymouth , you will receive:    Guaranteed Base Salary plus incentives    Full-time role (4-5 days per week) Outpatient only practice   Established patient base   Independent practice associated with Tufts  Integrated  Network   Excellent Quality of Life   Beautiful   South Shore   lifestyle   in Coastal New England   Location:   116   Court   Street ,   Plymouth , MA   02360   How to apply:  You can apply via the apply button  located  at the top of this listing.
