The Deal Velocity Specialist is the operational backbone of the Asia Markets Legal GTM team. This person owns the end-to-end coordination of trials, order forms, contract processing, and post-sale issue resolution ,   acting as the single point of contact between the field sales team and all internal backend functions including   CS,   Ops & Tech , Deal Support, Finance, and   Segments .   This is   an   active deal execution role that   positively   impacts   pipeline momentum and customer experience at the most critical stages of the sales cycle. The person in this role is expected to own problems through to resolution, not route them.   About the role: In this opportunity as Deal Velocity Specialist , you will be focusing on: Trial Setup & Coordination - Support   end-to-end trial setup for all Asia Markets Legal prospects, targeting a   3   business-day setup SLA   Act as the central project manager for all trial instances, coordinating access creation, provisioning, and onboarding with   CS,   O ps   &   T ech , Deal Support, Finance, and   Segments,   without   routing through the BDM   Order Form Generation & Deal Execution - BDMs   retain   primary ownership of order form generation in GSI. The Deal Velocity Specialist steps in to own resolution when a BDM   encounters   a defined friction point   For complex or multi-product OFs where internal coordination across   Segments ,   Finance, Legal, or back-office teams is required, the Deal Velocity Specialist may   aid in   the OF process on behalf of the   BDM ,    at   the BDM's request and with VP visibility ,   to prevent deal momentum loss.   Documentation, Process & Communication - Maintain   accurate   documentation of sales workflows, trial procedures, OF generation processes, and escalation paths Communicate trial and deal-related issues, blockers, and best practices to CE,   Segments , Sales , and relevant internal teams on a regular cadence About You You are a fit for the role of Deal Velocity Specialist if your background includes: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a sales coordination, deal support, customer operations, or GTM execution role — ideally within a B2B SaaS, legal technology, or professional services environment Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple internal teams — such as sales, finance, legal, tech, and customer support — in a fast-paced commercial environment with competing priorities   Proficiency   in Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory   Familiarity with trial provisioning workflows or SaaS account setup processes is a plus   Resilient under pressure and comfortable managing ambiguity . T his role will regularly   encounter   broken processes, and the expectation is to own the fix, not just flag the problem   #LI-TL1 What’s in it For You?
