Senior Finance Manager for TAAP Tax Workflow
As Senior Finance Manager for the TAAP Tax Workflow, you will be at the center of transforming how finance enables growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to GTM and cross-functional leaders, driving revenue acceleration, guiding critical decisions, and helping steer the business through its next phase of AI-powered transformation.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Revenue Growth Engine – Lead GTM channel strategy, including structure, quotas, and incentives that directly fuel performance and growth.
Strategic Business Leadership – Shape and execute growth strategies, including renewal optimization, to expand market impact and profitability.
Insight to Action – Deliver high-impact analytics that move beyond reporting—translating data into actionable insights that influence decisions.
Operational Excellence – Partner with sales and finance leaders to bring strategy to life through rigorous planning, forecasting, and execution.
Trusted Advisor to Leadership – Influence senior stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations.
Deep Business Expertise – Develop a strong command of the key drivers of sales and revenue to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Cross-Functional Catalyst – Build strong partnerships across teams to align priorities, unlock value, and accelerate outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and growth.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Finance Manager if your background includes:
8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with a track record of impact
Proven experience supporting high-performing sales and retention organizations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data prioritization skills
MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
