About this Role Wells Fargo’s Global Payment & Liquidity (GPL) organization is seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to support and evolve our suite of Healthcare solutions supporting our broad ecosystem of clients in this industry e.g. patients, payors, suppliers. This role sits within the Specialty Products group and is responsible for driving product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across a dynamic and rapidly evolving segment. You will partner closely with internal teams—Sales, Implementations, Operations, Technology, Service, Legal, Risk, and Compliance—as well as external vendor partners to advance product capabilities, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure exceptional client experience. This is an opportunity to influence critical initiatives across Healthcare, support modernization of payment platforms, and contribute to product vision and roadmap development. In This Role, You Will: Own key healthcare product capabilities across the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, performance, enhancements, adoption, and risk management. Contribute to product strategy, investment planning, and portfolio prioritization for healthcare payment solutions. Develop business cases, assess market opportunities, and support investment decisions. Partner with senior leadership to define long-term product vision and growth strategies. Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to support client opportunities, strategic discussions, RFP responses, and commercialization efforts. Engage with clients, prospects, and industry partners to gather insights, validate product direction, and identify growth opportunities. Support go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, value propositions, and product positioning. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging needs, and innovation opportunities. Analyze product performance, client adoption, financial results, customer feedback, and operational data to drive growth, optimization, and product enhancements. Evaluate new programs, product enhancements, and functional upgrades across the portfolio. Support profitability, pricing, packaging, and product bundling decisions. Manage strategic third-party partnerships by influencing roadmap priorities, evaluating new capabilities, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring delivery of business outcomes. Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed. Ensure products and related activities comply with regulatory, privacy, risk, and governance requirements. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Product Management, Product Development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, military experience, training, or education. 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Healthcare Payments, or a related environment Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience within a healthcare payor, provider organization, health system, healthcare billing company, or RCM technology provider. Experience supporting healthcare payment solutions, patient payments, claims processing, reimbursement, or revenue cycle workflows. Knowledge of healthcare claims, remittance, reimbursement, patient billing, payment integrity, and revenue cycle operations. Experience partnering with healthcare payors, providers, revenue cycle organizations, healthcare fintechs, or healthcare payment platforms. Experience managing and influencing external vendor, technology, fintech, or strategic partner relationships. Treasury Management experience supporting payments, receivables, collections, or digital payment solutions. Experience evaluating product performance, client adoption, financial outcomes, and market opportunities to inform product strategy and investment decisions. Familiarity with technology-enabled healthcare payment solutions and digital product ecosystems. Experience working in Agile, Platform, or other modern product operating models. Product & Delivery Skills Experience using product and workflow management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, customer feedback, and market insights to drive decision-making and product improvements. Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Location: 550 S Tryon Charlotte, NC. No other location will be considered. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
