Analysts are aligned to a product or industry coverage group where they support live transactions, prepare client materials, collaborate with bankers, and receive ongoing mentorship and feedback.   #earlycareers   What to expect   As a full-time Analyst, you will contribute directly to transaction execution and client delivery. Your responsibilities may include:   Contributing to the build out of   financial models and supporting financial analysis   Conducting company and industry research   Preparing client materials and pitch presentations   Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions   Collaborating with senior bankers across sectors and geographies   Supporting the development of junior team members   You will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout the program to support your development.   Is this program right for you?   We are looking for candidates who bring curiosity, accountability, and a sharp analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and collaborating with peers and leaders alike.   Required qualifications   6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent   demonstrated   through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education   Desired qualifications   Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 202 6 –June 202 7   Strong academic achievement   Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets   Strong analytical and communication skills   Proven ability to take on significant responsibility   Relevant internship experience   Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams   Proficiency   in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)   Program Locations   Positions are available in San Francisco, with limited opportunities   in Los   Angeles.   Pay Range   $110,000 Yearly across all locations   Additional Details This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
