About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Regional Facilities Manager Leader to maintain continuity of operations, leadership oversight, and risk management for the office portfolio. The role is within Corporate Properties Group within Chief Administration Office (CAO). Responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, vendor performance, compliance, and timely issue escalation. Regional Facilities Manager Leader will need to be well-versed in working in a large enterprise matrix organization for commercial properties spanning multiple states and regions.
In this role, you will:
Governance & Oversight
Act as the client owner of regional facilities operations delivered by outsourced service providers
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, escalation paths, and decision authorities
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, KPIs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Provide oversight of life safety, compliance, and critical risk items, ensuring appropriate controls and assurance processes are in place
Vendor Performance Management Hold service providers accountable for outcomes, not activities
Performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Corrective action plans and root-cause analyses
Staffing models and key personnel changes (as contractually required)
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and performance discussions
Drive continuous improvement and enforce contractual remedies where performance gaps exist
Financial & Commercial Management Own regional FM budgets and forecast accuracy
Annual operating plans and APP capital plans
Variations, change orders, and discretionary spend
Ensure commercial discipline and value realization from the outsourcing model
Partner with FMP procurement and finance on contract renewals, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives
Strategic Planning & Enablement Translate CPG workplace strategies into regional execution expectations
Identify opportunities to standardize, optimize, and modernize service delivery
Sponsor regional initiatives related to:
Asset lifecycle planning
Sustainability and ESG objectives
Technology enablement and data maturity
Provide strategic input into future sourcing, scope changes, and operating model evolution
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Serve as the primary regional point of contact for internal business stakeholders
Ensure service delivery aligns with business needs while managing expectations and scope boundaries
Escalate systemic risks, trends, or performance issues with clear recommendation
Success Measures Consistent achievement of SLA/KPI targets
Predictable cost and budget performance
Reduced operational risk and compliance exceptions
Quarterly meetings with site leaders in each region to ensure strong satisfaction while preventing scope creep.
Measurable value creation from outsourced service delivery
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of vendor management experience
5+ years of commercial property management experience
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of property management, facilities management, and building engineering leadership experience in a large matrixed organization. (financial companies preferred)
Experience managing a large dispersed commercial office portfolio spanning multiple states and location types
Strong vendor management skills include driving results through KPI’s, SLAs and building strong partnerships.
Strong vendor and contract management capability

Executive-level communication and influence
Ability to operate effectively in a governance-led, outsourced environment
Job Expectations:
Travel domestically up to 30% of the time across the southern United States
This position offers a hybrid work schedule for three days in office two days remote
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
