Ready to take your career global?
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our ever-evolving Enterprise team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind Worldpay’s growth in complex, large-scale organizations across ANZ. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to structuring and closing transformative deals. This includes leveraging solution-selling techniques and a consultative approach to uncover client needs, shape demand, and deliver tailored payment and SaaS solutions. Your role will focus on building strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders, expanding Worldpay’s market presence, and creating mutually beneficial outcomes that optimize client experience and accelerate growth.
Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Growth
Drive new business across ANZ by identifying high-value enterprise opportunities, building a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and industry networking.
Consultative Solution Selling
Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, design tailored payment solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strategic Market & Relationship Development
Map priority industries, engage key decision-makers (including C-suite), and strengthen market presence through events and brand advocacy.
Deal Execution & Sales Excellence
Lead end-to-end sales processes — from proposals and presentations to complex deal structuring and negotiations — ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences, contribute to sales strategy, and continuously refine processes using market insights.
This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
8–10 years of experience in business development/payments with a proven sales track record; able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of financial and payment technologies, banking practices, and ideally Worldpay products and services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to assess client needs and influence decisions.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels internally and externally, with strong collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), willingness to travel, and adaptability with a positive, motivated attitude.
