What you’ll own
You will drive growth across the DACH region, partnering with global and emerging eCommerce brands to unlock new opportunities through Global Payments solutions.
Your work will directly influence how we expand our market share across EMEA, contributing to a core pillar of our future growth strategy.
Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging and converting high-value prospects into long-term clients across the DACH region
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress toward ambitious revenue targets
Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to deal closure, delivering measurable commercial outcomes
Create strategic client partnerships by understanding business needs and positioning solutions that deliver long-term value
Influence senior stakeholders, shaping decisions and securing buy-in for high-impact payment solutions
Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, entrepreneurs and eCommerce leaders, positioning Global Payments as a strategic partner
Identify new growth opportunities within the market, unlocking additional revenue streams and strengthening competitive positioning
What you’ll bring Proven success in business development, with a strong track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
Fluency in German and English, with confidence operating in an international environment
Commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable outcomes
High levels of self-motivation, resilience and drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
It’s a bonus if you have Experience in payments, ePayments, financial services or digital sales
Experience selling complex or software-based solutions
An existing network of senior or C-level contacts within eCommerce or related industries
