You’ll be working with talented scientists, engineers, and technical program managers (TPM) to innovate on behalf of our customers. We’re looking for scientists with deep LLM expertise to help us build the next generation of large language models. Our team focuses on post-training, including instruction tuning, reward modeling, and reinforcement learning. In this role, you will design and run large-scale experiments, analyze model behavior, and develop new training recipes that directly improve core capabilities like reasoning, user experience, and other frontier paradigms that redefine what LLMs can do.
