You will work directly with your business partners, serving as their primary legal advisor on a broad range and variety of matters. Key job responsibilities - Providing day-to-day legal support to business teams and developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways. - Helping your business teams launch new features and product categories. - Serving as lead counsel in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. - Resolving issues arising in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
