What You Will Do: Technical Leadership Build and Unit Test flexible, scalable, and robust integration applications for integration between Sales [SFDC], Billing [Zuora] platforms and with vendor applications to manage the invoicing cycle. Assist in defining software architectures while collaborating with team members Take leadership and responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions Help define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for supported applications. Assist on architecture decisions with a strong understanding of business impact. Work in a fast paced Agile/SCRUM environment. Collaborate with global engineering teams (US, India, and others) to ensure consistent quality delivery. Delivery, Execution & Collaboration Partner with Product Owners to help translate operational needs into actionable technical work. Lead technical planning and estimation for operational enhancements, refactors, and other enabling initiatives. Coaching, Mentorship & Influence Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior level engineers within the support organization. Promote strong engineering habits, including system documentation, and knowledge sharing. What You Will Need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7-10+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience developing   in serverless architecture . Strong expertise in: Java, Python and REST API or similar technologies Modern web technologies (Angular, React, TypeScript) SQL and data modeling for production systems [Postgres, Oracle, Dynamo DB] Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), especially services used for event-based architecture. Experience with asynchronous processing, event ‑ driven systems, and microservices architectures. Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment  [CICD] practices. Ability to balance short ‑ term operational needs with long ‑ term architectural improvements. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to both technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a global, distributed team environment.
