We are   seeking   a highly motivated and detail-oriented   Sr.   Database Marketin g   Specialist   to join our team.   The ideal candidate   for this role   will have   2 to 3 years   of experience   in a business setting   with   demonstrated   success using   data to drive   measurable   commercial   outcomes , maximize lead acquisition, and   boost   sales conversions in a fast-paced environment.   To excel in this role, the candidate   should   have a strong ability   to   access and manipulat e   data, translat e   insights into strategic recommendations, and present findings to internal clients.   This   role requires knowledge of audience acquisition, marketing automation, list segmentation, and analytics in order   identify   the right prospective attendees for the right conferences at the right time.    The   ideal candidate   will bring   the   demonstrate d   ability to execute assigned tasks while continuously developing new skills.   H ands-on experience with a blend of tools   is valued ,   such as   Eloqua or similar platforms   (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot ) for list segmentation, SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis, Power BI for automating and visualizing analyses,   SFDC report-building,   and PowerPoint for presenting findings and recommendations.   What   you   wil l   do:   Use Eloqua to perform marketing audience segmentation   for conference campaigns   Support team members with   maintaining   Power BI dashboards and SQL queries   Analyze data and   determine   patterns with available tools     Follow with established privacy laws (e.g., CASL, GDPR) when building lists   Support team members with   maintaining   Power BI dashboards   Assist   in developing segmentation and testing processes to   identify   optimal   target audience   Monitor and track efficacy of campaign efforts and channel attribution   Support team members in using data to advise internal marketing stakeholders on how best to drive business results and maximize lead acquisition and conversion   Grow and apply skills in manipulating data in SQL including joins, aggregating data   Use SQL or Excel to manipulate and analyze data   Prepare and deliver   presentations   to   internal   peer-and-mid-level   clients   What you   wi ll need:   Bachelor’s or Master’s   degree in business, marketing/communications, data analytics, computer science, mathematics, or   other   related field At least 2 years :   Commercial experience with an understanding of data segmentation, email marketing, marketing campaign   analysis   and relational databases   Using   marketing automation tools   such as   Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)   Experience with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel   At least 1 year :     Reporting   using   Power BI or similar   tool   (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Alteryx)   Experience with simple SQL queries   Demonstrated ability to complete assigned projects on time   Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus   Experience working as a part of a diverse and collaborative global team is also plus     Who   you are :   Process-driven, methodical, organized and pays strong attention to detail   A ble to work with a team and autonomously   Possess   good time   management skills   Eager   to   develop   skills in and apply AI-powered tools (e.g., proprietary solutions,   NotebookLM , Copilot) to drive efficiency and innovation in database marketing tasks   Skilled at   identifying   patterns in structured and unstructured data   Possess intellectual curiosity, dependability, and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts   Build trust and communicate effectively with team members and partners across geographies #LI-DT1 #LI-hybrid Who are we?
