What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate materials to and from job sites Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Follow designated routes, schedules, and traffic laws at all times Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and site teams Maintain accurate delivery documentation and report any issues promptly What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and established procedures Effective communication and teamwork skills Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
