We are looking for a senior media operator who can turn BOLT FARM’s founder story, guest emotion, property beauty, and brand momentum into a repeatable organic media engine — one that feels premium, ships consistently, grows the right audience, and creates qualified demand. WHAT WE MEAN BY ORGANIC MEDIA By organic media, we mean the full earned-and-owned content engine: founder-led storytelling, property-led storytelling, guest emotion, short-form video, YouTube, podcasts, social platforms, content series, behind-the-scenes content, launch content, and repeatable formats that grow audience trust and qualified demand without relying primarily on paid ads. This is not a social media manager role. This is not a pure creative director role. This is not a paid growth role. This is a senior organic media leadership seat for someone who can lead the creative machine, raise the quality bar, build the operating system, and turn strong raw material into media that moves people and grows the brand. YOUR TEAM The media team is responsible for how the market experiences BOLT FARM before a guest ever books. This team turns founder-led storytelling, property-led content, guest emotion, and brand standards into organic media that people can actually feel — content that builds trust, grows the audience, and creates qualified demand for the brand. There is already a small media team and creative support in place. What is missing is the senior media operator who can lead the team, sharpen the system, raise the bar, and become the person ultimately responsible for what ships. The right person will protect the premium feel of the brand while increasing speed, consistency, output, and performance. WHAT YOU’LL BUILD You will help build the media engine that turns BOLT FARM into the most emotionally resonant romantic retreat brand in America. That includes founder-led storytelling, cinematic property content, guest transformation stories, short-form series, long-form YouTube, podcast content, behind-the-scenes storytelling, launch campaigns, and repeatable formats that make people feel the brand before they ever book. You will help move the media function from talented-but-scrappy to structured, scalable, performance-informed, and emotionally powerful. YOUR ROLE As Head of Organic Media, you will own the operating system behind BOLT FARM’s organic media engine across founder-led content, property-led content, short-form, long-form, YouTube, podcast, and key social platforms. This role requires a rare mix of creative taste, production judgment, leadership, systems thinking, and performance discipline. You need to understand what makes content emotionally compelling, but you also need to know how to build the process that gets great work shipped consistently. You may be the person who has already led a major media brand. You may also be the person who was a key leader inside a high-performing media team and is ready to own the system now. What matters most is proof: proof of strong storytelling, audience growth, production leadership, creative standards, team execution, data-informed decision-making, and the ability to turn media into business momentum. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own BOLT FARM’s organic media function across key platforms, with accountability for creative quality, shipping cadence, audience quality, and contribution to qualified demand. - Lead the existing media team and creative partners, including editors, producers, freelancers, agencies, and future hires. - Set the creative standard for what ships — raising the quality, clarity, emotional resonance, and premium feel of every major piece of organic media before it reaches the market. - Translate founder vision, property stories, guest emotion, and brand direction into clear creative briefs, shoot plans, hooks, formats, content series, and production priorities. - Build and run the media operating system across planning, briefing, production workflow, review cycles, publishing cadence, asset organization, remixing, and performance feedback loops. - Own production leadership for short-form, long-form, founder-led, property-led, YouTube, podcast, and social content, making sure the right stories get captured and shipped consistently. - Use data to identify winning formats, improve channel decisions, raise audience quality, and stop work that is not creating the right brand or demand signal. - Partner with marketing, lifecycle, sales, onsite operations, and leadership so media supports launches, brand priorities, guest demand, and the broader growth strategy without becoming a catch-all marketing role. - Create repeatable content formats and systems that allow the team to move faster without lowering the standard. - Coach creative people toward sharper hooks, clearer stories, stronger edits, better taste, and more consistent execution. - Protect the emotional and premium feel of the BOLT FARM brand while helping the team increase volume, consistency, and performance. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Experience helping grow a brand, founder-led platform, creator platform, media property, or premium consumer audience at meaningful scale, with clear ownership or influence over content strategy, production standards, team execution, audience growth, or performance improvement. - Experience leading creative output through an internal team, freelancers, agency partners, editors, producers, or a cross-functional production group. - Strong creative taste and brand judgment, especially in premium consumer, hospitality, travel, wellness, luxury, founder-led, lifestyle, or emotionally driven categories. - Hands-on experience translating brand direction, founder vision, or high-level creative strategy into organic content that gets produced, published, measured, and improved over time. - Experience building or running recurring content systems across planning, briefs, shoots, production, review, publishing, remixing, and performance analysis. - Experience using performance data to make content, channel, format, and production decisions tied to audience quality, brand growth, qualified demand, or business outcomes. - Strong production judgment across short-form, long-form, social, YouTube, podcast, founder-led, or brand storytelling formats. - Experience giving clear creative feedback and raising the standard of output from editors, producers, creators, freelancers, or internal team members. - U.S.-based and able to travel to Whitwell, TN as needed for shoots, planning, team collaboration, and brand immersion. NICE TO HAVE - Based in or near a strong regional hub such as Nashville, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Charlotte, or another market with easy travel access to Whitwell, TN. - Experience contributing to high-profile, high-scale, or culturally visible media work, such as a major founder-led brand, creator platform, premium consumer brand, national campaign, viral content series, YouTube channel, podcast, or media property with meaningful audience reach. - Experience helping scale a brand, creator, founder-led platform, or media property by hundreds of thousands or millions of followers, subscribers, viewers, or engaged audience members. - Experience with luxury hospitality, travel, wellness, founder-led brands, lifestyle brands, or other premium consumer categories where emotion, trust, taste, and brand feel matter. - Experience building a media team, installing creative operating rhythms, or taking a content function from talented-but-scrappy to structured, scalable, and performance-informed. - Experience developing podcasts, YouTube, episodic series, long-form storytelling, documentary-style content, or other premium brand media formats beyond short-form social. - Experience using AI tools to speed up research, ideation, editing workflows, asset organization, reporting, creative operations, or content performance analysis. - Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, public-facing executives, or high-vision creative leaders. LOCATION & TRAVEL This role can be remote or hybrid for the right person, with a strong preference for candidates based within easy travel distance of Whitwell, TN, including Chattanooga, Nashville, Atlanta, Knoxville, Charlotte, or similar regional hubs. This is not an always-onsite role, but it is also not a detached remote marketing role. Expect recurring onsite time for shoots, planning, team collaboration, founder-led content, property immersion, and major brand moments. COMPENSATION Base salary: $150,000–$165,000 Total compensation target: $200,000–$300,000, including base salary and meaningful performance-based upside. Performance upside will be tied to agreed media, audience quality, content output, brand standards, growth, and qualified demand contribution goals. This is designed for someone who wants real ownership and is motivated by building a media engine that compounds over time.
