Sales Development Representative – DACH

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an AI-powered B2B SaaS company operating in the construction industry as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and building long-term partnerships. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Proactively identify and engage prospects that match the ideal customer profile within the DACH region - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads - Communicate the value of an AI-powered revenue engineering platform to construction industry stakeholders - Manage and track leads and pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) - Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies - Build relationships that lay the foundation for long-term customer partnerships WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Fluent German (C1/C2) — essential for engaging DACH prospects effectively - Business-level English proficiency - 0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams - Located in Germany (Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg) or willing to relocate - Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 USD annually - Visa sponsorship is available LOCATION This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany.
