THE ROLE In this position you will be responsible for reviewing data collection episodes and/or Live auditing episodes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint, identifying deviations, documenting issues, and providing actionable feedback to operators in order to maintain quality data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Review recorded data collection episodes across various tasks and workflows and ensure episode quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Keep records of audit results, track quality metrics, and provide clear, actionable feedback to data collection teams to help improve performance and data quality. - Collaborate with operators, trainers, and program managers to improve data quality standards QUALIFICATIONS - Strong attention to detail - Clear written communication and a collaborative attitude - Comfortable reviewing video recordings and repetitive workflows - Ability to make objective decisions based on defined quality criteria NICE TO HAVE - Experience in quality assurance, auditing, operations, or data annotation is preferred - Familiarity with robotics, AI data collection, or annotation projects. - Experience reviewing task-based performance or operational processes. PAY RATE $32- 35 PER HOUR WITH BENEFITS
