About us: - Raised $8.5M in seed funding from Quiet Capital, Susa Ventures, Neo. - In our first three months, we’ve partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states to deliver care to over 5,000 patients at full capacity. - We've stood up legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. - Our team combines deep experience across healthcare, operations, and technology. Role - Partner closely with the CEO to help operate the core infrastructure of the company across recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management. - Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs. - Own high-priority operational projects. - Improve processes across the business and help the company scale effectively. - Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance. Qualifications - Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast. - Technically literate. - Eager to learn and grow with an early-stage team. - Nice-to-have: healthcare experience. - We value humility, hunger, and intelligence.
