We are looking for a highly operational, technically curious contractor to help build and maintain these systems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a traditional software engineering role.
We are looking for a highly resourceful AI Operations & Automation Contractor who can help us build lightweight AI-enabled recruiting workflows, sourcing infrastructure, operational automations, and internal recruiting systems.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- recruiting operations
- workflow automation
- AI tooling
- sourcing infrastructure
- operational systems
- data enrichment
- process optimization
You will work directly with the Founder of Fresno Summit Advisors to help design and implement internal recruiting workflows that improve operational efficiency and allow the company to scale with a lean team.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help build and maintain internal systems such as:
- AI-powered candidate summary workflows
- Candidate intelligence databases
- Sourcing automation workflows
- Outreach personalization systems
- Recruiting workflow automations
- Slack operational alerts
- Search setup templates
- Recruiting operations dashboards
- Data enrichment workflows
- AI-assisted recruiting workflows
- Workflow integrations between recruiting systems
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
Examples of workflows you may help build:
- Generate recruiter-ready candidate summaries from LinkedIn profiles
- Automatically enrich and classify candidate data
- Build sourcing tables and candidate pipelines in Clay
- Trigger operational alerts when recruiting workflows stall
- Generate personalized outreach drafts for recruiters
- Build lightweight AI workflows using OpenAI APIs
- Create automations using n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
- Improve recruiting operations and workflow efficiency
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Clay, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflow tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Strong operational and systems thinking
- Basic understanding of APIs, automations, and integrations
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Strong English written communication
- Comfortable working independently
- Startup mindset and willingness to experiment
- Curious and highly resourceful
NICE TO HAVE
- Python familiarity
- Recruiting or sourcing workflow exposure
- Data enrichment experience
- CRM or ATS experience
- Spreadsheet/data operations experience
- Slack workflow experience
