We're fixing that. Our team built AI Actions for OpenAI, shipped Zapier Agents to millions of users, and launched the first remote MCP server with Anthropic. We helped establish the protocol, and now we're building the platform enterprises need to actually put MCP to work. Runlayer is one platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents: purpose-built security, fine-grained governance, and complete observability so organizations can go all-in on AI across the entire company without the risk. Already trusted by Gusto, Instacart, Opendoor, dbt Labs, Cursor, and Decagon. We're a team of 35, mostly engineers, shipping fast. Agent operators on Runlayer grew 5x in four weeks while human operators stayed flat. The shift to agentic work is already showing up in our own usage. As our Product Designer, you'll design the core Runlayer experience: connector management, policy configuration, analytics dashboards, and agent governance. You'll work directly with product engineers on tight design-to-ship cycles (days, not weeks). Why You'll Thrive Here - Impact: Design the interfaces that make agentic AI accessible to enterprise users - Excellence: Work alongside founders and senior engineers who value craft and ship fast - Ownership: Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from research through shipped pixels What You'll Do - Design the core Runlayer webapp: connector management, policy configuration, analytics dashboards, agent governance - Own Onboarding: design the flow from signup to first governed agent in under 5 minutes - Lead App Redesign: rethink key surfaces like the agents page, connector catalog, and admin settings - Build Analytics: design dashboards that surface what AI agents are doing across the enterprise - Establish design patterns and a lightweight component system for consistency across the product - Work directly with product engineers on tight iteration cycles What We're Looking For - 5-8 years in product design, with at least 2 years on enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or admin-facing products - Strong portfolio showing complex enterprise UX work: dashboards, multi-step workflows, permission models, data-heavy interfaces, bulk actions, admin controls - Proficiency in Figma & Cursor. You work fast and iterate in high fidelity. - Experience working directly with engineers in tight iteration cycles.
