Why this role?
- Own the revenue engine. As our first AE you’ll run the entire sales cycle—from outbound to close—for PE, hedge-fund, and banking logos.
- Founder-track learning. Build the GTM playbook alongside the founders, setting the template for every AE who comes after you.
- High upside. Competitive base + uncapped commission.
What you’ll do
- Source, qualify, and close six- and seven- figure enterprise deals with financial-services firms.
- Craft compelling narratives and run tailored demos / pilots that showcase ROI.
- Drive deals through complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations and negotiate win-win contracts.
- Maintain a precise, data-driven pipeline and forecast for leadership and investors.
- Feed market insight back to product, marketing, and customer success.
Who you are
- 4 - 10 years selling enterprise SaaS; track record of beating quota
- Skilled at consultative selling to senior execs in finance or similarly complex industries.
- Comfortable in 0 → 1 environments—scrappy, resourceful, and process-oriented.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical value into business outcomes.
