POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role combines responsibilities across material handling, driving/delivery, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is experienced in warehouse environments, comfortable operating equipment such as sit-down forklifts, and confident using computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MATERIAL HANDLING
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces
DRIVING / DELIVERY
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites or customers
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
INVENTORY CONTROL
- Track inventory levels and update systems in real time
- Perform cycle counts
- Investigate discrepancies and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Label and organize materials for easy identification and retrieval
EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS
- Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
- Use scanners, computers, and basic office tools for tracking and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and warehouse procedures
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, email, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Operation of machinery and vehicles required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with construction materials, tools, or industrial equipment
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and documentation
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) materials and industry practices is a strong plus
