Why you want this job The   Operations Support Associate plays a critical role in maintaining efficient, uninterrupted workflow across the warehouse. This position ensures pack stations remain fully stocked, operational areas stay clean and organized, and materials are readily available to support order fulfillment. The details This role is located at the  TX Distribution Center (180 North Freeport Parkway, Suite 100, Coppell, TX 75019) Start Date: July 6th, 2026 Shift: Monday–Friday: 11:30am-8:00pm  Starting Base Pay: $17.00 per hour What you’ll do Remove cardboard and waste to maintain clean and safe workspaces Build and replenish shipping boxes at pack stations Restock packing and shipping materials Keep operational areas clean, organized, and efficient Support pack stations and other warehouse areas as needed Assist with basic projects and general warehouse tasks Help ensure smooth workflow to support daily order fulfillment goals Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying Why we will love you High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Hustle and tireless work ethic Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time Be innovative, and think on the fly Know how to have fun and work hard!
