Location: Boise, ID Pay: $21–$25/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $11/hr) Job Type: Full-Time Overview:  1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Sales & Laborer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with interest or experience in sales who wants to stay active, work outdoors, and earn based on performance. You’ll meet customers face-to-face, provide pricing, and close sales on the spot—while working with a team to complete the job. Responsibilities: Provide on-site estimates and close sales with customers Deliver excellent customer service on every job Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks Work efficiently as part of a team Represent the company in a professional manner Requirements: 1+ year of sales experience (retail, service, or commission-based preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver’s license & 21+ Schedule: Full-time availability required 5 Days a Week (4 Weekdays + Sat or Sun) Apply today to join a team where your sales skills directly impact your paycheck.
