Expand your professional network, be inspired by our sense of community, and share your talent.   YOUR MISSION   The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:   Business Development   Implement the sales strategy in the field   Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature   Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships   Be accountable for th e profitability and growth of your business portfolio   Talent Acquisition & Management   Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team   Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires   Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group   PROFILE SOUGHT   Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business   1 to 5 years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields   An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions   Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships   Results-orient ed with a rigorous and structured approach     WHY JOIN US?   Becoming a Business Manager means joining a path of excellence leading to senior leadership roles.   At ALTEN USA, we value performance and encourage talent to  emerge  through:   A structured career path with clear progression within the Group   Tailored support from your direct manager to help you excel   Our in-house university, AMPLIFY©, guides you throughout your career    WHAT WE OFFER   A compensation package between $75,000 - $85,000, including an attractive variable component ($25,000) Full Benefits with a variety of medical, dental and vision plans as well as an HSA and FSA, and 401K with company match   Parental Leave   Education Assistance   Reimbursement of mileage expenses   Real opportunities for rapid advancement, both in the USA and internationally   A variety of regular company events   Note: Due to the nature of the work, only US Persons (citizens or permanent residents) need apply for this position.
