Your Impact
You will bridge the gap between what Axon builds and how the market understands it. In this role, you'll bring the strategic depth of product marketing and sales enablement — creating a seamless connection between product messaging, customer-facing assets, and sales readiness.
From crafting compelling product narratives to equipping sellers with the tools they need to win, you'll ensure every sales interaction and customer touchpoint tells a consistent, differentiated story. You'll work side-by-side with product, sales, and customer success to sharpen go-to-market execution and help Axon win in increasingly competitive enterprise markets.
When product story meets sales momentum — Axon wins. This role owns that connection.
What You’ll Do
Product Marketing & Messaging
Develop product messaging and campaign positioning that resonates with enterprise audiences in retail, healthcare, and other core enterprise verticals
Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-focused value propositions
Partner with product teams on launches and go-to-market initiatives to ensure messaging lands effectively across sales channels
Identify high-leverage market moments (launches, industry events, partnerships) and turn them into differentiated product narratives
Sales Enablement
Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards that equip sellers to win
Support webinars, demos, and thought leadership content that showcase Axon's value across enterprise use cases
Drive consistency across messaging and sales materials so every customer touchpoint reflects the same compelling story
Partner closely with sales and customer success to gather feedback from the field and continuously sharpen enablement assets
Performance & Operations
Own performance metrics to continuously improve program outcomes
Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance personalization, follow-up, and scalability of marketing programs
Act as a strategic advisor on how Axon shows up in-market across enterprise audiences

Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated go-to-market programs
Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and understanding how complex deals get won and lost
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging and translate technical solutions into real-world customer value
Strong experience building sales enablement materials that sellers actually use — decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo content
