Now Hiring: Partner Success Specialist We’re looking for a Partner Support Specialist who loves helping people solve problems and walking away knowing they made someone’s day easier. In this role, you’ll be the trusted, dependable voice our solar installer partners rely on—supporting them across the OneEthos loan platform and Bodhi customer experience software. You will onboard and train new partners, monitor partner health, and proactively step in to resolve issues before they escalate. Above all, you’ll create a warm, human-centered support experience that reflects our commitment to ethical, transparent solar financing. What You’ll Contribute: Partner Support & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for solar installer partners, delivering empathetic, responsive support across OneEthos and Bodhi platforms Build trusted relationships through consistent, human-centered interactions Ensure partners feel heard, supported, and confident in every engagement Partner Onboarding & Training Welcome and onboard new installer partners into the network Train sales representatives, owners, and admins on systems and operational processes Enable partners to confidently navigate tools and workflows from day one Operational Support & Issue Resolution Assist partners with loan applications to ensure a seamless pipeline from submission to completion Take full ownership of partner issues and follow through to resolution Maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the support lifecycle Partner Health Monitoring & Proactive Support Monitor partner engagement and performance signals to identify risks Proactively reach out to address concerns before escalation Support long-term partner success and retention through early intervention Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Develop deep knowledge of OneEthos and Bodhi products Share partner insights and feedback to inform product improvements and innovation Identify referral opportunities and collaborate across teams within the organization Champion Our Mission, Protect What Matters Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
