This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves—diving into cloud services, validating technical workflows hands-on, partnering closely with engineers, and driving early-stage concepts into impactful customer-facing capabilities. You’ll operate at the intersection of PKI, cloud-native architectures, digital identity, and certificate automation—translating complex technical needs into scalable, intuitive solutions that accelerate customer trust workloads.  What you will do Cloud, Kubernetes & Platform Enablement Implement and iterate on integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP services—including KMS, Key Vault, CloudHSM, ACM, and CAS. Partner with engineering to build, test, and validate Kubernetes certificate automation flows (cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, service meshes, mTLS workflows). Drive hands-on prototyping within cloud-native environments, microservices, and containerized deployment architectures. Support design and documentation for CLM integrations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Technical Execution & Roadmap Delivery Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize backlogs for engineering squads in an Agile development structure. Build quick proofs-of-concept to evaluate feasibility, integration complexity, and customer value. Assist with release planning, validation, and rollout of new features. Customer Discovery & Validation Conduct structured interviews with practitioners (DevOps, CloudOps, Security, Platform Engineering). Present concepts, prototypes, and early builds for targeted feedback loops. Synthesize insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap proposals. Support technical enablement for customers evaluating or adopting new integrations. Cross-functional Technical Collaboration Work with Architecture and Engineering to align on design patterns, scalability needs, and cloud-native security controls. Engage with Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers to analyze customer environments and identify use cases. Collaborate with Marketing to support technical messaging, diagrams, and solution narratives. What you will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management, technical program management, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related role. Practical experience with at least one major public cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially in security or identity workloads. Working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, certificate issuance flows, mTLS, and cloud-native security practices. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, container orchestration, and automation frameworks. Exposure to PKI, certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic protocols, or related security domains. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. Experience building prototypes or working closely with engineering on proof-of-concepts. Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to guide prioritization and validate decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Understanding of cryptography and security protocols. Familiarity with API design and integration patterns. Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies. Knowledge of agile development practices. Comfort with data analysis and experimentation frameworks. Nice to have Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tooling. Understanding of Zero Trust, workload identity, service mesh technology, and secure connectivity patterns. Background in software development, SRE/DevOps, or cloud solution architecture. Exposure to certificate automation ecosystems (cert-manager, SPIRE/SPIFFE, Vault PKI). Experience supporting marketplace readiness or product listings on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with design thinking and rapid experimentation methodologies.
