As a Clinical Lead, you will provide expert clinical leadership, ensuring care is delivered in line with organisational, professional, and national standards. You will undertake holistic assessments, develop and review personalised care plans, and lead on risk management to support the safety and wellbeing of clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Working in partnership, you will build trusted relationships and support care delivery through coaching, clinical training, and hands-on guidance. Clear communication, strong safeguarding practice, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement will support quality outcomes and uphold Ellea Nursing’s reputation.
