About the role
We are seeking an analytically strong and commercially minded Reward Specialist to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Everway’s global compensation and benefits programmes.
Working within established reward frameworks, the role will partner closely with People, Finance, and business stakeholders to support reward decision-making and ensure our reward practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant across all operating locations.
The role focuses on reward analysis, modelling, benchmarking, reporting, and insight generation to support compensation planning, pay transparency, reward governance, and the ongoing enhancement of our reward frameworks and programmes.
This role is suited to someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial awareness and can translate reward data into clear, evidence-based recommendations for stakeholders.
The preferred candidate will be based in Antrim, with a flexible hybrid office attendance schedule of 1-2 days per week. However, we are also open to UK-based remote candidates with occasional travel to the Antrim office.
Key responsibilities
Compensation Analysis & Reward Support
Analyse compensation and benefits data to support cyclical reward activity, including annual salary and bonus review processes
Develop reward modelling and scenario analysis to support compensation planning, budget allocation, and reward decision-making
Provide analytical support for compensation programmes, including base salary, bonus, and incentive frameworks, to support attraction and retention objectives
Interpret reward data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and equity considerations, highlighting insights and recommendations to stakeholders where appropriate
Support budget tracking, modelling, and analysis relating to compensation and benefits activities
Market Benchmarking & Reward Frameworks
Conduct detailed market research and benchmarking of salaries, benefits, and total reward packages across all operating locations on a regular basis
Maintain and update salary benchmarks and salary ranges in line with market data, internal frameworks, and global pay transparency requirements
Support the application and ongoing maintenance of the organisation’s job architecture framework, ensuring consistency and internal equity across roles
Support alignment across grading, salary structures, and reward frameworks
Benefits, Governance & Reporting
Support the evaluation and review of employee benefits programmes through market analysis, utilisation insights, and cost analysis
Ensure reward data, reporting, and processes align with relevant legislation and internal governance requirements
Maintain awareness of reward-related legislation, employment policy, and emerging market practices to support compliance and governance (e.g. EUPTD and US federal and state legislation.)Produce regular and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and insights to support People and business decision-making
Collaborate with People teams and stakeholders to support communication of reward programmes using clear, data-informed insights
Contribute to reward-related projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, reporting, automation, and operational efficiencies across compensation and benefits activities
Support reward system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to improve data quality, scalability, governance, and user experience
Essential Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
3+ years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Reward, or related specialist role
Experience working with compensation data, salary benchmarking, reward modelling, and reward frameworks
Experience supporting job architecture, grading, or job evaluation frameworks
Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets and developing data-driven recommendations
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with HR systems advantageous
Good understanding of compensation, benefits, reward governance, and pay transparency requirements within a global environment
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively and independently
Desirable
Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional reward programmes
Experience within a SaaS, technology, or global growth organisation
Experience supporting benefits benchmarking, harmonisation, or provider review activity
Experience supporting reward process automation, system enhancements, or operational efficiency initiatives within a Reward or People function
Based in Northern Ireland, with ability to attend the Antrim office on
