Evio Overview Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.    In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation.
Evio has  advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale , and a suite of digital tools , to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “ flywheel ” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization.      Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves.     Evio's Values Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit. Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all. Adventure  – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity. Relentless  – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other. Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.  Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.  About the role: We’re hiring a Growth Strategy & Performance Lead  to design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our portfolio of digital health products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of  GTM strategy, complex enterprise sales, and sound execution –  and you are excited to turn complex and ambiguous growth challenges into durable systems. You’ll own the strategy, research, decks, contracts, playbooks, and metrics that turn complex deal making into a repeatable, low-risk motion. Day-to-day you’ll balance between GTM strategy (ideal customer profile, pricing strategy, value proposition) and the operating backbone (templates, checklists, SLA workflows). You will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Product and Customer Success. A successful Growth Strategy & Performance Lead should be familiar with the intricacies of the pharmacy value chain and able to fill in gaps and make connections across various facets of a commercial function, sometimes with minimal information or direction. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Health and will have significant exposure to the CEO as well as other key leaders within the organization. Key responsibilities: GTM strategy Partner with product leaders to define/refine commercialization strategy. Craft robust value propositions with messaging and positioning frameworks to clearly articulate value of Evio’s products to potential customers. Define the pricing strategy for Evio’s portfolio of digital health products with various value levers for health plans and partners. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to product-market success. Prepare materials for board meetings and brief the CEO/other executives at a minimum on a quarterly basis. Develop insights on customer segments, personas, and pain points to refine GTM strategies, guide prioritization and ensure product-market fit. Commercial operations audit & stabilization Conduct a comprehensive audit of current commercial operations and assets (e.g. prospect research, pitch decks, deal stages, handoffs, NDA/pricing flows, tracking etc.).  Deliver a prioritized roadmap that separates quick wins from longer-term investments. Make a plan to solve high-impact pain points (for example, knowledge existing in different places, different pitch deck storylines). Playbooks & enablement Design and operationalize standard playbooks to enable prospect research, discovery, strategic pricing, and other key sales motions.  Establish operating procedures to standardize pre-meeting preparation, proposals, pricing guardrails, and NDA workflows.  Create reusable sales assets (starter pitch decks with clean and customizable content, SOW templates, proposal checklists) to accelerate deal cycles.  Design clean sales decks aligned to brand standards, utilizing starter pitch decks customized to specific prospect conversations. Tooling & automation In partnership with Head of Growth, assess tooling and automation needs for optimizing commercial operations. Own the implementation plan and delivery for any tools that are selected. KPIs, reporting & continuous improvement Develop and implement escalation rules (e.g. NDA turnaround time, pricing approvals, deck readiness) to improve deal velocity.  Establish and track KPIs (win rate, time-to-proposal, deal velocity), and report on these metrics monthly.  Use KPIs and customer feedback to it
