We're a 60+ person team based in SF, NYC, and Bangalore - come build the infrastructure of the future of commerce with us! --  What You'll Do Partner directly with enterprise brands and retailers to discover, design, and deliver AI-powered commerce solutions — you own the full arc from problem to production. Build MVPs that prove concepts to customers within 3–7 days — from customer call to scoped solution to working demo. Use AI tools as a force multiplier to ship production code faster. Coordinate delivery across sales, account management, and engineering to make sure what gets built actually ships — and that clients see the value. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and the FDE team to push the frontier of what's possible with AI in commerce. Who You Are A high-agency operator with 2-5+ years of experience — ex-founders strongly preferred. Relentlessly curious about AI — you're always trying the latest tools and techniques, and you've got the side projects, experiments, and "I built this over a weekend" stories to prove it. A natural at asking the right questions. You understand that great discovery is what separates a solution that lands from one that misses. Someone from a B2B company background who's comfortable navigating complex client relationships and delivering under pressure. Comfortable building in ambiguity — often you're the one writing the playbook everyone else follows. Skills to Know 2–3 years minimum, ideally 5+, of relevant experience; ex-founder background strongly preferred Deep, demonstrated comfort with AI tools in your actual workflow — Claude, Cursor, or equivalent Strong structured thinking: you can take a messy client problem and rapidly scope a clear build path Agency to ask the right questions, rapid problem scoping, and consistent delivery of tangible output B2B company background and experience working across sales, product, and engineering stakeholders Benefits Compensation: $180,000-$250,000 base salary + annual bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents Retirement benefits: US: 401(k) plan with 4% matching India: Provident Fund with 12% matching 4 months of paid parental leave Unlimited PTO policy (with minimum 5 days PTO / quarter!)
