Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Growth Engineering (Topps / Fanatics Collectibles) Company Background Topps.com is a flagship platform within Fanatics Collectibles. The Role We’re hiring a  Senior Full Stack Software Engineer  to join the  Growth Engineering team , focused on driving useracquisition, engagement, and retention across Topps, Fanatics Live, and Fanatics Collect. This role sits at the intersection of  product experimentation, analytics, and platform engineering . You will beresponsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of analytics data across platforms, while building and iterating on growth-focused features for both web and mobile experiences. You’ll work closely with product, data, and marketing teams to design, implement, and scale experimentation frameworks and growth initiatives. This role reports to the  Director of Engineering, Topps . Key Responsibilities Build and maintain  full stack features  that drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across Topps, Fanatics Live, and Fanatics Collect. Ensure  analytics data integrity and consistency  across platforms, including instrumentation, tracking pipelines, and validation frameworks. Design and implement  experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flags, ) to enable rapid iteration on growth initiatives. Partner with product, data science, and marketing teams to translate growth hypotheses into scalable technical solutions. Develop and optimize  web and mobile experiences  with a focus on performance, usability, and measurable impact on key growth metrics. Identify and resolve gaps in data tracking, attribution, and reporting that impact decision-making. Contribute to shared platform capabilities that support  cross-product growth initiatives . Continuously improve engineering velocity through tooling, automation, and best  Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience building and scaling modern web applications across frontend and backend. Strong proficiency in  full stack development  (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies). Experience implementing and maintaining  analytics tracking systems  (e.g., event pipelines, tagging, attribution). Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation platforms, and feature flagging systems. Experience building  data-informed product features  with measurable business  Solid understanding of  API design, system architecture, and performance optimization . Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and marketing teams. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering incremental  Preferred Experience working on  growth engineering or product growth teams . Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Amplitude, Snowflake, or similar analytics/data  Experience building for  mobile platforms (React Native, native iOS/Android, or mobile web optimization) . Exposure to consumer-facing products with high traffic and experimentation velocity.
