About The Role:
As the VP of Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships at Feastables , you will be accountable for setting long-term direction for the consumer goods division and translating that into actionable growth initiatives. This includes defining strategic priorities, building an innovation pipeline, launching new brands, and establishing international expansion strategy.
The role also owns the business management of all consumer goods partnerships, including licensing, co-branded ventures, and external operators. It requires close alignment with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to move from concept to scaled execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and align leadership on a 3–5 year consumer goods strategy with clear growth pillars and investment roadmap
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new brand and product opportunities
Build and manage a repeatable innovation pipeline from concept through validation and launch
Launch 2–3 new consumer brands or product lines with validated market traction
Develop and prioritize international expansion strategy, including market sequencing and entry approach
Own business and relationship management for all consumer goods partnerships
Assess, structure, and manage partnerships including licensing and co-branded initiatives
Partner with executive leadership on capital allocation and strategic priorities
Collaborate with operational leaders to transition new concepts into scaled execution
Synthesize market, competitive, and consumer insights into clear strategic direction
Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, operations, and finance
Hire and develop strategic talent as the function scales
Recipe For Success:
12+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, consumer goods, or related fields
Proven track record of building and scaling new products, brands, or business lines
Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and define new organizational capabilities
Experience in global consumer brand expansion (preferred)
Background in partnerships, licensing, or joint venture development
Exposure to creator-led or digitally native brands
Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments
