HG Insights is looking for an exceptional product manager to help us to accelerate the development of the HG platform. You’ll work with the leading and most prominent companies in the world to solve some of their most challenging go-to-market, business operations, and strategic planning problems, worth millions (and sometimes billions) of dollars to them and their teams. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Engineering, and others to make a maximum impact across the business.
Report to the Director of Product, you will use your product experience and domain knowledge to drive critical parts of the HG platform.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Listening and learning: you'll become fluent in the problems our customers face, their use cases, our value proposition, our product, and our competitive landscape.
Bringing a fresh perspective to our current processes, challenging the assumptions around product delivery.
Leading effective market validation, release, rollout and positioning of strategic product offerings
Identify and size target markets, customer segments, value propositions and use cases
Define product KPIs and manage all HG Insights products through metric and ROI-driven methods
Assure all product management decisions are justified based on strong financial analysis and business cases
Identify, consider, and approve continuous upgrades to product management processes assuring that HG Insights is abiding by industry-leading product management processes
Define the product roadmap and success metrics for your ownership areas in alignment with company vision, customer needs, and market trends.
Engage with customers frequently to share the roadmap, collect feedback, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams frequently to collect feedback, collaborate on solutions, and drive product adoption and engagement.
Track and measure KPIs for your product areas and proactively report learnings to leadership.
Conduct detailed market research and customer validation to demonstrate the ROI of different product opportunities prior to investment.
Synthesize feedback into detailed use cases based on specific, real-world product applications.
Manage multiple backlogs of prioritized features and enhancements according to customer need and product strategy.
Partner with Engineering to ensure requirements are clear, user stories are written, and acceptance criteria followed per agile software development principles.
Evangelize the product vision across owned product lines to stakeholders.
Champion the voice of customers in our product strategy.
What You’ll Need:
10+ years product management experience in building B2B SaaS products
Experience building products for the revenue-generating parts of a business (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions/Services, Finance, C-Suite, etc.)
Experience designing and shipping scalable platform products with first-party integration ecosystems
Own AI Product Lifecycle - drive AI native products from ideation to launch - with focus on customer value
Sharp eye for design and bias towards simplicity keeping the user experience as central focus.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Proven track record at early stage, venture-backed tech companies.
Ability to thrive in an intense, dynamic, convention-challenging, and high demand start-up environment
Deep familiarity with the B2B GTM intelligence stack — including platforms like 6sense, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Demandbase, or Bombora
Competitive, goal oriented, coachable, and fun
High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience integrating data with CRM, MAP, or ERP is a plus.
