She is able to stand independently for short periods but cannot remain standing for long. The helper will provide support with mobility, transfers, and personal care. Care Responsibilities Assist with walking and mobility support Perform safe  lifting and transfers using a gait belt Assist with  bathing and dressing Ensure safety during transfers and mobility Provide respectful and supportive care Schedule 3 days per week 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 4 hours per shift Ideal Candidate Experience with  lifting, transfers, and gait belt use Physically capable of assisting a larger client safely Patient, attentive, and reliable This role is best suited for a caregiver experienced with wheelchair transfers and gait belt assistance who can provide safe and confident mobility support.
