Senior Analyst or Associate, Family Office Advisory (Talent Pipeline) As a Senior Analyst or Associate within our Family Office Advisory (FOA) team, you will support some of the world’s most prominent individuals and families. You will help clients manage the personal, financial, and administrative dimensions of their lives with clarity, discretion, and care. From coordinating with advisors to ensuring critical details are handled seamlessly, you will be an integral partner in helping families navigate both everyday needs and meaningful moments. Core Responsibilities for All Candidates: You will support clients across a wide range of family office, operational, and service needs, including: Acting as the point of contact for day-to-day client requests and ensuring a high touch, seamless experience. Executing client operations such as onboarding, account transfers, bill pay, cash movements, tax payments, and documentation with accuracy. Coordinating with internal partners across investments, operations, treasury, tax, and legal to support execution and resolve issues. Supporting the implementation of wealth transfer, tax, insurance, philanthropic, and asset protection strategies by preparing information, gathering documentation, and communicating with advisors. Building trusted relationships with estate managers, chiefs of staff, executive assistants, accountants, attorneys, and other intermediaries. Maintaining accurate client information, documentation, and project tracking within CRM and key systems. Managing bespoke or time sensitive requests with strong attention to detail, follow through, and communication. If You Are a Senior Analyst Senior Analysts take on increased ownership, judgment, and client-facing responsibility. You will: Provide proactive support across lifestyle services, investment support, tax and legal strategies, and wealth planning needs with limited supervision. Prepare and deliver documentation related to gifting, trusts, tax planning, insurance, and philanthropic initiatives. Provide clear, polished, client ready materials. Partner with internal teams to manage cash balances, private banking needs, and transaction processing. Execute subscription documents, purchase agreements, and investor support materials.. Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure high data integrity across systems. Mentor Analysts by modeling strong organization, follow through, and technical execution. Senior Analyst Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in wealth management, family office, or related financial services roles. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If You Are an Associate Associates deepen their role as strategic advisors and relationship leaders. You will: Lead client relationships alongside senior team members and support decision making across personal, financial, and multi-generational needs. Manage complex day to day client needs including 10b5-1 processes, lending inquiries, entity documentation, lifestyle services, and other bespoke requests. Guide trust and estate planning conversations, coordinating with attorneys on structures, gifting plans, and long-term strategies. Anticipate needs by gathering information, identifying issues, and asking thoughtful questions to move work forward. Coach junior team members, strengthen team processes, and elevate the clarity, consistency, and quality of client deliverables. Associate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience supporting high net worth or ultra-high net worth clients in family office or wealth management settings. Location:  Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York or San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy. Compensation Range:  ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 for Senior Analysts and $130,000 - $150,000 for Associates together with a discretionary bonus and the benefits listed above.
