About the Position
ITS has an immediate opening for a Value-Added Service Coordinator at our Corporate office in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To provide a professional level of care to all special projects
Coordinating projects with clients, operations, and clerical team
Developing rates for larger projects up to a predetermined threshold
Providing weekly status updates on ongoing projects to management
Proactively identifying and communicating areas of opportunity such as rework, damage processing, returns processing, relabeling, account reset, etc.
Setting up work areas for projects
Ensuring all supplies etc. are prepped and ready in advance
Working with customer service to ensure the product involved in the rework is tracked timely and accurately throughout the project
Working with operations management to arrange manpower
Setting up work methods for projects and ensuring team members perform accordingly.
Setting productivity expectations and monitoring status
Conducting quality audits
Reporting results to operations management
Ensuring work areas are clean and organized at all times
Working with operations management to ensure projects are accurately and completely billed
Fill out returns inbound tally sheet
Separate damage from good product
Inspect product
Always working in a “lead by example” manner
Performing small projects independently
Working as part of the team on larger projects
About the Requirements
The successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
Knowledge of standard inventory control procedures for the industry, shipping and receiving procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills specifically with Excel, Word and Email
High school education or equivalency, higher education preferred
Regular manual labor including lifting, placing, packing and numerous repetitive tasks depending on the project
Percentage of time spent in warehouse: 95%
Hourly Rate: 22.00
