Hourly Range $21.22 p/hr Marksman Security is looking for a Security Site Director for a high end mall who is a proven leader for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of all personnel, property, and operations within a hospitality environment. This position blends security management with oversight of hospitality operations, requiring both operational knowledge and strong supervisory skills. Is This For You: The supervisor serves as the primary on-site security leader, coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. Our supervisors work closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into day-to-day operations. Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff. You will be managing a team of no more than 20 security professionals. This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time. Minimum one year of security experience required. Minimum of one year of proven security leadership role Valid Driver's License and clean driving history Required High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be able to pass pre employment background check, drug test, and MVR Must be able to obtain a NC PPSB Security License once hired Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather Responsibilities: Team Supervision Compliance & Inspections Regulatory Awareness   Training Surveillance & Monitoring.
