We value resilience, transparency, ownership, and customer devotion, and infuse these values into everything we do.  We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Media Monitoring Automation Specialist, Global Services to support the configuration, automation, and optimization of workflows that power our global media intellgence services. As a Media Monitoring Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in transitioning manual processes into scalable, automated workflows. You’ll work across content acquisition, processing, and delivery systems, ensuring high-quality outputs for both domestic and international clients while improving efficiency through automation. What you’ll do: Support the migration of manual workflows into automated processes using internal tooling and platforms such as N8N Translate editorial and client brief requirements into scalable system configurations Configure and maintain automation workflows for content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and delivery Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated workflows Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to workflow automation, data quality, and system performance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately implemented and maintained Maintain up-to-date documentation of client configurations and communicate updates across teams Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and accuracy Support vendor-related processes including service evaluation, communication, and invoice reconciliation How success will be measured in this role: Successful transition of manual workflows into reliable automated systems Accuracy and quality of content processing and delivery aligned with client briefs Reduction in operational inefficiencies and manual intervention Timely resolution of workflow and system-related issues Clear and consistent documentation of workflows and configurations Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor partners If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role: Interest in workflow automation, systems configuration, or operational tooling Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., N8N) or similar workflow tools Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in system setup and monitoring Ability to clearly document processes and communicate across technical and non-technical teams Experience supporting or working with third-party vendors (preferred) Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactively incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery Interview Overview: Below you'll find an outline of the interview plan for this role. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected. Salary The gross monthly salary for this role in Bulgaria is approximately 1,200 EUR. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
