Overview The Sr. Data Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales and demand planning functions. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a comprehensive suite of Power BI tools and dashboards to analyze various data sources, including syndicated (e.g., Nielsen/IRI), shipment, and internal sales data. Your work will provide the critical insights needed to drive strategic decision-making, optimize sales performance, and unlock new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a robust suite of Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends for syndicated and shipment data. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver analytics solutions that support their objectives. Improve and automate data processes and workflows, including data collection, validation, and integration across multiple sources Continuously evaluate and improve our data analytics capabilities, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for business stakeholders Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within the CPG industry. Skills & Capabilities Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices. Strong experience working with syndicated data providers (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, SPINS). Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and deliver clear, actionable solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
