Our teams focus on delivering innovative solutions and services that power our customers' most demanding applications and enable them to extract powerful insights from data that drive true business value.    Overview We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Consultant to help design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions leveraging AWS services and modern AI engineering practices. This individual will work closely with clients, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to implement scalable AI-driven applications focused on automation, conversational AI, and intelligent workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Prompt Engineering, along with experience translating business requirements into practical GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock Develop serverless AI workflows and integrations utilizing AWS Lambda Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality prompts for LLM-based applications Build and enhance AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and automation platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend AI-driven strategies Integrate foundation models and APIs into enterprise applications and workflows Conduct prompt testing, tuning, and evaluation to improve model performance and response quality Support architecture discussions, solution design, and AI best practices Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs), demos, and customer workshops Ensure security, scalability, and operational excellence across AI solutions Stay current on emerging GenAI, LLM, and cloud technologies Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock Experience building serverless applications with AWS Lambda Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering methodologies and LLM optimization Experience integrating APIs and cloud-native services within AWS Knowledge of generative AI concepts, foundation models, and conversational AI Experience developing AI-driven applications or intelligent workflows Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model limitations Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings Exposure to Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, or conversational AI platforms AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or Developer Associate) Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks Consulting or customer-facing delivery experience  Equal Employment Opportunity:   Redapt is an equal opportunity employer.
