We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and refine mechanical systems and components for cutting-edge robotic products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable and high-performance robotic solutions. This role offers an opportunity to push the boundaries of robotics technology while working on projects with real-world applications.
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.
Create engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing.
Work closely with vendors to design and develop various modules.
Perform prototype fabrication, testing, and validation to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
Requirements
Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.
Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with robotics, mechatronics, or automation.
Familiarity with actuators, sensors, and control systems.
Rapid prototyping techniques.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in robotics.
