At one of the fastest-growing fashion companies globally, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative, creative strategies that align with the goals of one of SHEIN’s sub brands. You will work closely and report directly to the Creative Direction Manager, who will provide guidance and creative input to ensure a seamless vision that resonates with our target audience.  Job Responsibilities   Oversee the creative process, from trend research, pre-production, to collection execution. Ideate narratives and visuals that meet overall brand objectives and monthly launches. Collaborate with product teams to gain insights into campaign goals and audience demographics. Ensure creative output reflects the brand's strategic intent. Continuously evaluate product and campaign performance adjusting strategy based on data to improve effectiveness. Conceptualize and execute innovative photoshoot concepts. Book photoshoot locations & sets, models, and photographers, and oversee styling that align with each brand. Pre-styling experience, and knowledge of garment fit and silhouettes are required.  Manage and direct styling notes within shoot prep documents. Research the latest fashion trends and industry publications to create compelling campaigns that set the brand apart from its competitors. Monitor the image selection process and post editing to ensure the brand aesthetics are aligned per season. Identify operational process improvements and monitor expenses while implementing cost-saving measures.  J ob Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Design or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role with a proven track record in womenswear fashion. Huge passion for all things fashion. Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Photoshop, Aftereffects and video editing is a plus. Understand photography lighting, colors and levels. Experience creating campaign decks. Must be able to work as a team member, but also be resourceful as a self-starter. Solution oriented. Extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, managing many projects simultaneously.
